Cancellation and Refund Policy

Order Cancellations:
You can request to cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it. Once the order is processed or shipped, cancellations are no longer possible. To request a cancellation, please contact us immediately at info@aanandaayushkart.com.

Refunds:
If you are not satisfied with your purchase or receive a defective product, please contact us within 30 days of receipt to request a refund. Refunds are processed to the original payment method. Please note the following:

• Eligibility for Refund: Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging. We do not accept returns for used or opened items.
• Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a shipping error or defective product.
• Return policy: We are accepting the return from customer within 3 to 5 business days from product delivery.
• Refunds Processing Time :  Refunds are processed and credited to the customer bank account within 3- 7 business days
